Founded in 2019, the Phoenix Family Performing Arts Collaborative (PFPA) is a nonprofit based in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, California. We are dedicated to promoting Chinese dance and culture through performances, workshops, and collaborations, actively participating in community events across the region. PFPA strives to be a cultural bridge and creative home for all who love dance and artistic expression.
